Realscape Guest Policy

    • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

    • Check-out time: 12:00 NN

    • Early check-in / Late check-out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

    • The Realscape accommodates 15 guests.

    • Maximum capacity: 20 guests

    • Additional guests will incur a charge of ₱500 per person per night.

    • Pets are welcome! Small to medium-sized pets only [2 Max].

    • A pet cleaning fee will be applied.

    • Pets must be supervised at all times and are not allowed on beds or furniture.

    • Please clean up after your pet and ensure they are well-behaved.

    • To maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, dogs must wear diapers during the stay.

    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

    • Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for the surrounding community.

    • Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside indoor areas.

    • A designated outdoor smoking area is available.

    • Violation will result in a deep-cleaning fee.

    • Treat the space with care and respect.

    • Please dispose of trash properly and leave the space tidy upon check-out.

    • Report any damages or issues during your stay.

    • Guests may be held responsible for any damages, lost items, or excessive mess.

    • Kitchenettes, grills, pools, and other shared amenities (if applicable) must be used responsibly.

    • Please clean up after use and follow posted guidelines.

    • Pool depth: 5ft. Please observe caution and supervise children at all times.

    • Emergency contact information and safety instructions will be provided during check-in.

    • Please keep all doors locked when not in use and be mindful of personal belongings.

    • The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited at The Realscape.

    • Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, and may be reported to authorities if necessary.
